Brewed an Oatmeal Stout and my Winter Warmer two weeks ago. The stout is destined to be in the winter seasonal lineup, but the Winter Warmer is a one off.
I also brewed batch 15 of my Farmhouse Ale. This is the 16th beer fermented on this yeast. I really hope there is enough viable wild yeast in the yeast cake. Batch 14 has been sitting on that yeast for nearly 2 years.
This week, I will be brewing my APA and mt Wit. Both of these beers are year round beers for the brewery.
